I don’t care what all the cynics and skeptics say! More people want to see health care reform take place this year than don’t. In just 4 hours at the Library on Saturday, Ralph Rickel, Robert Heaton, Cathi Roth, Mel Roth, and I collected 240 more pledges of support for President Obama’s health care reform proposals. (A new record!) And on Friday, Geoffrey Fletcher, Judy Sousa, and I got 108 names in just 2 hours. Thanks to all of you for coming out to help!

To all new volunteers: thank you for offering to help! We’ve got to show Congress that the vast majority of Americans want to see real health care reform take place this year. It’s going to be a great week for health care reform with events happening every day. So, don’t wait any longer. When Barack Obama was elected, we all promised that we would have his back. It’s time to keep that promise! Pick an event and come out and help this week.
