The guest speaker will be Mitch Ceasar, Chairman of the Broward Democratic Party and a member of the Democratic National Committee. Ceasar is also a member of the Executive Committee of the DNC and is a Super Delegate. He will discuss the election and the prospects for the Florida delegation to be seated at the Convention.
