The North Broward Democratic Club will hold its 9th annual Labor Day picnic at 1:00pm. Democratic officials attending include Broward Democratic Party Chair Mitch Ceasar, Congressman Ron Klein, State Representative Kelly Skidmore, State Representative Gwyn Clarke-Reed, Mayor Ken Keechl, School Board Chair Jennifer Gottlieb, School Board Member Phyllis Hope, Pompano Vice Mayor George Brummer, and Pompano Commissioner Barry Dockswell. Candidates include Scott Maddox for Florida Agriculture Commissioner, and Barbra Stern for State Representative.

Directions:
I-95 to Atlantic Blvd East. Left (north) on Federal Hwy (Route 1). At fourth light, left on 10th Street. Make first left into the park. South Pavilion is next to tennis courts.
