By registering here, you can tap into the BlueBroward.org community and also help us grow this community for the benefit of Democrats throughout the region. For a more detailed explanation, see "How It Works" below.

Candidate Photo:
Photos will be automatically resized to a "thumbnail" image (100 pixels wide). However, this may not work with large photos taken straight from a digital camera (thousands of pixels wide). Use a desktop photo editing program to reduce the size of your photo before uploading.

How It Works

The idea behind BlueBroward.org is to connect volunteers who want to contribute to strengthening our local Democratic organization with campaigns that need their help. We also encourage campaigns to make better use of volunteers by providing more information about their talents, important issues, and availability (see sample volunteer profile).

Campaign registration is open to any legitimate Democrat running for office.

BlueBroward.org members will be notified of your registration and will have the option of sending you their profiles. Some volunteers have given us permission to share their information "liberally," meaning that the BlueBroward.org site managers have discretion to disclose their profiles. We plan to make this data available to candidates during the general election. In the case of a primary race, all candidates are welcome to register and BlueBroward.org members will make their own decisions on whom to support.

When a BlueBroward.org member decides to support your campaign, you will receive a detailed volunteer profile by email. We also encourage you to take advantage of the volunteer skills and issues profile we have developed by linking to our Web site, so supporters can volunteer for your campaign and become BlueBroward.org members at the same time.
